Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using fieldhealthafrica.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site in any way.

2. Who we are

FieldHealth Africa is operated personally by Dr. Nzozone Henry Fomukong, District Medical Officer, Mamfe, Cameroon. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Dr. Nzozone Henry Fomukong as operator of the Site.

3. Free Library — permitted use

Tools in the Free Library are made available at no charge for non-commercial use by health practitioners, health system managers, students, and researchers. You may:

• Download, use, and adapt tools for your own operational or educational purposes.
• Share tools with colleagues within your organisation.

You may not:

• Redistribute or resell free tools, whether modified or unmodified, for commercial gain.
• Remove attribution notices or claim authorship of tools you did not create.
• Use free tools as the basis of a competing commercial product without written permission.

4. Pro Library — licence terms

Purchase of a Pro Library tool grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that tool. Unless otherwise stated in the product description:

• The licence covers one user only.
• You may not share, sublicence, resell, or redistribute the tool to third parties.
• Multi-user or organisational licences are available on request — contact us at hello@fieldhealthafrica.org.

All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where a tool is materially defective — contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All tools, templates, code, written content, and other materials on this Site are the intellectual property of Dr. Nzozone Henry Fomukong unless otherwise attributed. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence granted above. The FieldHealth Africa name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Transmit any malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications via our forms.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that tools are error-free, complete, or fit for any particular purpose beyond their stated operational use. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to the Site. Your use of any tool is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Nzozone Henry Fomukong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any tool, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or operational disruption. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tool giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (including affiliate links, Paystack, Formspree, and Substack). These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party site. Affiliate links are disclosed in accordance with our Affiliate Disclosure.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon and, where applicable, the OHADA Uniform Acts. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cameroon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under the law of your own country.
